Q: Do I have access to the RealChat server logs if I have a RealChat Room or a RealChat vServer?

Unfortunately, no. We cannot grant users access to the RealChat logs. Although if a special case comes up in which you'll need access to the logs, you can e-mail us and we may be able to help you out.
